You are specifically restricted from all the following: – Publishing any website material in any other media. – Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material. – Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website. – Using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the website, or any person or business entity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

8. Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Policy

  • No Refund or Compensation: No refund or compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of situation.
  • No Show: In case of no show, no refund.
  • Cancellation: Before 30 days of arrival date will sustain no retention. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% retention charges will be applicable.
  • Date Changes: No changes in the date of travel once booked.
  • Room Allotment: Room allotment will be as per hotel availability at the time of check-in. Floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  • Payment Terms: 50% advance (Non-Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & balance 50% to be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
